We create and sell digital products such as ebooks, planners, guides and educational materials. All products are 100% digital: nothing is shipped physically. Each product page describes its content, format, language and how you will access it.
We work to keep descriptions accurate, but minor differences in layout or presentation may occur between versions or languages.
04Purchases and payments
- Payments are processed by third-party payment and checkout platforms. Their own terms and privacy policies also apply to the transaction.
- Prices are shown at checkout in the applicable currency. Taxes, currency conversion or fees charged by your bank or card issuer may apply.
- You must provide accurate information and use a payment method you are authorized to use.
- We may refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors or violation of these terms, refunding any amount paid.
05Access and delivery
After your payment is confirmed, you will receive access to your product by email and/or through the platform where you purchased it. If you do not receive access within 24 hours, check your spam folder and then contact us at contact@dragodigitals.com.br.
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for downloading or saving your files.
06License and intellectual property
All content we sell or publish, including texts, designs, layouts, graphics, templates and trademarks, belongs to DRAGO DIGITALS or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
When you buy a product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Unless we authorize it in writing, you may not:
- Resell, share, distribute, publish or give away the product or its files, in whole or in part.
- Upload the product to file-sharing sites, groups, courses or any public space.
- Present the content as your own or remove copyright notices.
- Use the content to create competing or derivative products for sale.
Violation of this license may result in the cancellation of your access without refund, as well as other legal measures.

When using our websites, you agree not to:

Any disputes will be submitted to the courts of Curitiba, State of Paraná, Brazil, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence that give you the right to bring a claim where you live.
